Tip 10: Focus on what is going well

We often focus on the things that are not going all that well, even though there are also things that are actually going well every day. An example? You managed to do the shopping. Try to focus your attention on that instead of concentrating on the things that didn’t go well. We often take what goes well for granted and we don’t pay attention to it. But by focusing on the things that are going well, you will feel happier too.
