Children live in the here and NOW. Adults often think of the past and the future. We tend to think of things we’re about to do or things that have passed already. That can make it hard for us to enjoy everything around us.
Children can enjoy the little things in life, like a ladybug, a bird or a drawing on the pavement. As adults, we miss a lot because we’re used to it. Try to look at the world around you with wonder, as if you were seeing it for the first time. Try to enjoy these little things. A whole new world might open up.
